can be covered in a single list of links.
In keeping with the general theme of this site, these links have been selected to provide resources for
those interested in a serious study of Christ, His works, and His church's mission.
You do not have to leave the St Albans site to use these resources; all

The links are presented under several major headings;

- Biblical Studies Foundation Home of the New English Translation. Bible studies area includes over 3,000 studies organized by topic or book of the Bible.
- The International Bible Society, whose purpose is " to faithfully translate, publish and reach out with God's Word so that people around the world may become disciples of Jesus Christ and members of His Body"

- Electronic text centre, University of Virginia. The Electronic Text Center's holdings include approximately 51,000 on- and off-line humanities texts in twelve languages, with more than 350,000 related images
- The Library of Congress holds one of the largest collections of works. Many works are of interest to the Christian community, including such exhibitions as the Dead Sea Scrolls
- Institute for Christian Leadership."Guide to early church documents". An excellent scholarly resource.
- "World Scripture; A Comparative Anthology of Sacred Texts"
- Online theological library. With special emphasis on tools for biblical interpretation covering textual criticism, historical context, and resources for biblical languages.
- The "Early Church" site offers access to large numbers of early church documents
- If you want to find a particular version of the bible online, the "Virtual Christianity" site has the largest list - bar none!
- Topical search systems are offered by Nave's and also by Logos Research systems.
- The "World wide study bible" is an excellent study resource, this site also links to textual criticism sites, and information on the development of the canon of scripture.
- The Wabash Centre offers a selective, annotated guide to a wide variety of electronic resources of interest to those who are involved in the study and practice of religion: syllabi, electronic texts, electronic journals, websites, bibliographies, listserv discussion groups, liturgies, reference resources, software, etc.
- The Internet Christian Library (ICLnet) has grown upon the foundation laid by The Institute for Christian Leadership (ICL).
- The Ecole initiative aims to create a hypertext encyclopedia of early church history on the WWW.

- The "World Christian Resource Directory"offers a very extensive range of resources for missionaries and Christians worldwide.
- "Global Resource Ministries" says that "Our Mission is to serve and support the emerging global church (which is the Body of Messiah) by providing relational as well as technical networks of churches, ministries, mission agencies and church leaders.
